50 hengen pikkujoulut and a 150 hengen firmajuhla shouldn't cost the same per person, but you don't want to open every product and set that manually. Global Pricing Tiers does it once, for everything.

Setting it up

  • Open My Calculators → Global Pricing Tiers (the Pricing tab on the Products page).
  • Toggle Enabled.
  • Add tiers with Min Guests, Max Guests, and Discount %.
Example:
Min GuestsMax GuestsDiscount %
1250
26505
5110010
101—15
Leave Max Guests empty for an open-ended top tier.

How it stacks with product-level pricing

Global tiers are the fallback, not the only option:

  • A product's own pricing tiers win, if it has any
  • Otherwise, the product's category tiers apply
  • Otherwise, this global tier applies
  • If nothing is set anywhere, the base price is used as-is
So you can set the global discount once for the whole menu, then override it for specific dishes with per-item pricing tiers (Pro) if one product needs different math.

Customers never see tier percentages, the discount is baked straight into the total as they adjust guest count in the calculator.
