Styling happens in two places: Brand sets account-wide defaults, and each calculator's Design tab can override them.
Account-wide: Brand
Open Settings → Brand.
- Brand Colors: Primary Color and Accent Color, used as the default for new calculators. Free.
- Logo: upload a PNG or JPG (max 5 MB). Free accounts see "Upgrade to Pro to upload a custom logo" here instead of an uploader.
- Typography: a default font for calculators and public pages, from a short list (Inter, Poppins, Roboto, Lato, Playfair Display, Montserrat, Open Sans, or System Default). Pro.
Pro feature
Logo upload and Typography are Pro. Brand Colors are free and apply as the starting point for every new calculator.
Per-calculator: the Design tab
Everything about how the calculator looks lives on the Design tab, right after Basic:
- Calculator style (Pro): pick Classic (the familiar card wizard), Modern (app-like cards with a floating summary), or Menu card (a printed-menu one-sheet). Every feature works in every style.
- Price display: show the total as an Estimate or a Final price.
- Colors: Primary Color, Text Color, and Background Color override the brand defaults for this one calculator, free for everyone.
- Grid layout (free): how many products show per row on mobile (1–2), tablet (2–4), and desktop (2–6). Hidden for the Menu card style, which is a single list.
- Card size, Font, card border/shadow/corner radius, image aspect ratio, and spacing, all Pro (and only for the card-based styles).
- Show business logo and Logo size, free, though it only does something once you've uploaded a logo under Brand.
