Built-in: English and Finnish
Open Settings โ Languages. Every language you use, English and Finnish included, sits in one list with its own on/off switch. Toggle English and Finnish for your quote forms and emails; both are on by default. Switching one off also hides its translation fields on your product and category forms.
Pro feature
Everything past English and Finnish needs Pro: adding another language, and the ten ready-made translation packs.
Adding a language, Pro
Click Add Language at the top of the list. Pick from the full language list, if it carries a Pack badge (Swedish, German, French, Spanish, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, Portuguese, Italian, or Polish), check Pre-fill with built-in translations to start with professionally translated UI text instead of a blank slate. Any other language works too, you just fill in the interface strings yourself via Kรครคnnรถkset on that language's row. Once added, it appears in the same list as English and Finnish, with the same on/off switch.
Translating your own content
The interface (buttons, labels) is covered by the packs above. Your product names, category names, and descriptions are yours to translate, when you edit a product or category, switch the language tab at the top of the form and fill in that language's version. If a translation is missing, the calculator falls back to the account's default language.
Which language a specific calculator shows
Each calculator has its own Calculator Language setting on the Basic tab: Both (EN/FI) or a single language from your active list. Use this when a calculator is embedded on a single-language page and you don't want a language switcher cluttering it.
