A customer who clicks a generic calculator link still has to find the right event and pick their space. A Prefilled share link skips that, they land ready to order.

Where to find it

Open the Arena Events tab (Pro) in the Builder, the Prefilled share link card sits below your event and space assignments.

Building the link

Pick any combination:

• Event: only events with a public slug show up here
• Space / suite: any enabled venue space
• Guests: a starting guest count

Leave a field on Let customer choose to skip pre-selecting it. Click Copy link once you're happy with the preview URL.

Where to use it

• An email campaign for a specific event package, guests land straight on that event with no extra clicks
• A QR code printed at the venue itself, pre-set to that space
• A quote follow-up where you already know the headcount

The link only pre-selects; the customer can still change anything before submitting.
