Delete Your Account
Deleting your account is immediate and permanent, there's no grace period to change your mind afterward.
Before you delete
- Any active Pro subscription is cancelled automatically the moment your account is deleted: no further charges, and no refund for the remaining period. Billing records are kept for as long as the law requires; everything else is deleted immediately. If you'd rather use the time you've already paid for, cancel via Settings → Subscription & billing → Manage billing first and delete the account when the period ends. - Export anything you want to keep, deletion removes your quote history too. See Exporting Quotes & Reports.
What gets deleted
Your calculators, products, categories, quote requests, staff members, events, uploaded media, email settings, and your login itself, all at once.
How to delete your account
- Open Settings → Your account.
- Scroll to Danger Zone.
- Click Delete Account.
- Confirm by clicking Delete my account in the dialog.
Heads up
This action is irreversible. There's no 30-day undo window, once confirmed, your account and data are gone.
