Update Your Account Details

Your login email, password, two-factor authentication, and interface language all live on Settings → Your account. Currency and date format moved next door, to Settings → Business details.

Login email

Under Account & Email, your current address is shown next to your Login method badge. If you signed in with Google, your email is managed through Google and can't be changed here. Otherwise, enter a New Email Address and click Update Email, a confirmation link is sent to both your old and new address, and the change only takes effect once you confirm it.

Password

Under Change Password (or Set a Password, if you signed in with Google and want to add email login too), enter your new password twice and click Update Password. If you've forgotten it, use Forgot password? on the login page instead.

Two-factor authentication

Just below your password, the same page has a two-factor authentication card. See Two-Factor Authentication for how to set it up.

Interface language

Under Language Preference, choose English or Suomi. This only changes the CaterWay dashboard language, not the languages your calculators show to customers, that's set separately (see Multi-Language Calculators).

Currency and date format

Open Settings → Business details instead. Under Currency, pick what your calculators and pricing display in. Under Date Format, pick how dates render across the platform.
