There's no separate "reports" page, exporting happens straight from the Tarjouspyynnöt list.

CSV export

Click Export CSV at the top of the page. It exports every request matching your current filters (search, calculator, status, payment method), not just the page you've scrolled to.

The file includes one row per request with: date, name, email, phone, event date, guest count, estimate, status, item count, message, and payment method, plus one extra column for every custom form field and every popup-question answer used across the exported requests.

Printing or PDF-ing a selection

Tick the checkboxes on individual rows (or the header checkbox to select everything visible), a bar appears at the bottom with Print selected and Download PDF, both build a formatted summary of just the requests you picked.

A single quote as PDF

Open a request and use its ••• menu, Download PDF produces a one-quote formatted document with the itemized breakdown and total, and Copy Quote copies the same information as plain text.

At-a-glance numbers

The four cards at the top of the list, Total Requests, This Month, Avg. Estimate, Response rate, always cover your full history. There's currently no way to export or chart these beyond what's shown on screen.
