A customer calls or emails their order in instead of using your calculator. New Quote at the top of Tarjouspyynnรถt builds the same kind of request by hand.

Pick a source

At the top: Blank starts from your full product catalog. From calculator inherits a specific calculator's products, popup questions, custom form fields, arena events, and pricing tiers, useful if the phone order matches one of your existing menus. CaterWay remembers your last choice for next time.

Add items

Search or browse your catalog grouped by category, tap the +/- steppers or type a quantity directly. The guest-count field scales every per-person item together, quantities you've typed by hand stay put. If you picked a calculator with popup questions or custom fields, they render inline here.

Two internal-only extras live in this step, visible only to you and your team:

  • Internal notes, kept on the quote but never emailed to the customer
  • Ad-hoc fields, one-off label/value pairs for this quote only

Fill in the customer

Name and email are required, phone, address, event date and time, event type, location, delivery notes, and message are all optional.

Save as a draft, or send it now

A Send email to customer toggle decides what happens next:

  • Off: the quote is saved silently as New, ready for you to review and send later, button reads Save as Draft
  • On: you get one more step to edit the subject and preview the email before it goes out, button reads Save & Send Email, and the quote lands as Quoted
Either way, it shows up in Tarjouspyynnรถt exactly like a request the customer submitted themselves.
