Every quote you send has its own approval link, a page the customer can open without creating an account or logging in.

When the link becomes active

The accept and decline buttons only work once you have sent your offer, meaning the quote is in the Quoted status. This applies whether the request came in through your calculator and you replied with Edit & send, or you created the quote yourself with Quick quote. A customer opening the link before that sees their request summary with a note that the quote is still being prepared, so nobody can accept an estimate you haven't checked yet.

How the link reaches your customer

Three ways, no extra work needed for the first two:

• In the quote email itself: when you send your offer (Edit & send, or a Quick quote email), the email includes an Accept or decline the quote button automatically.
• In the follow-up reminder: if the quote is still unanswered after a few days, the automatic reminder repeats the link, see Reminder emails.
• Manually: open the quote and use its ••• menu, Copy approval link. The menu item appears once the quote is in the Quoted status. Paste the link into any channel you like.

What the customer sees

Your business name and logo, a greeting, the event facts (date, type, location, guest count), the itemized list with quantities and line totals, and the total estimate. In the language the customer originally submitted in.

Two buttons: Accept quote and Decline. Declining reveals an optional reason field and a Confirm decline step, nothing sends until they confirm.

No account needed

Both actions work anonymously through the link's token. Once acted on, the customer sees a simple confirmation ("Quote accepted, thank you!" or "Quote declined"), and reopening the same link afterwards just tells them they've already responded.

What happens on your side

The status updates automatically the moment the customer acts, Accepted or Declined, no manual step for you. An accepted quote shows up in Tarjouspyynnöt exactly like one you confirmed yourself, and a private event is created on your calendar for that date.
