For a simple, fixed-price menu, waiting for you to manually confirm every order is friction the customer doesn't need. Auto-confirm removes it, per calculator.

Turn it on

Open the calculator in Calculators, go to its Form tab, and switch on Auto-confirm orders. Customers now receive a confirmation email immediately, instead of an estimate they have to wait on you for.

Below the toggle, a Disclaimer text field (with separate English and Finnish tabs) is included in that confirmation email, by default it notes that prices may still change based on final arrangements. Edit it to match how firm your pricing actually is.

The one thing it never overrides

Heads up

A request whose date collides with a blocked day, a busy day, or an already-confirmed event always arrives as New, never auto-confirmed, no matter what this setting says. You get the same Scheduling conflict badge as any other clashing request, and you decide.

This is a per-calculator setting, one calculator can auto-confirm while another, say your custom-quote arena listings, still waits for your review.
