That small widget next to the sign-in or submit button is Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check that runs alongside your password, not instead of it.

Where it shows up

  • Signing in, signing up, and resetting your password.
  • Joining the waitlist.
  • A customer submitting a quote request through your public calculator.
For most people it resolves on its own in a moment, sometimes it asks you to tick a box first.

If it fails or the button stays disabled

  • Wait a second and try again, the widget refreshes itself after a failed attempt.
  • If it still won't clear, reload the page. Ad blockers or strict tracker-blocking browser extensions occasionally interfere with it, temporarily disabling one can help.
  • If a customer reports being stuck on your public calculator's quote form, ask them to reload the page too, it's the same check.
This never blocks a real signup or quote request outright, if CaterWay can't reach Cloudflare to verify, the check is skipped rather than locking anyone out.
