A team member doesn't get their own calculators, quotes, or subscription, they work inside yours.

One shared workspace

Once someone accepts an invite, they see and edit the same calculators, products, customers, quotes, and events you do, the whole workspace, not a limited copy. They also use your plan (Pro features stay unlocked for them) and your brand settings (logo, colors, sending domain).

What only the owner can do

• Invite or remove team members (Settings → Team).
• Manage billing. A member's own Settings → Subscription & billing page shows "Subscription is managed by {workspace's name}." instead of a Manage subscription button.

Actions still show the real person

Even though the data is shared, actions taken by a member are recorded under their own account, not relabeled as the owner. If a teammate confirms a quote or writes a note, it's their account that did it.

Leaving a workspace

A member's own Settings → Team just shows a notice, "You're using a shared workspace", pointing them to Settings → Your account. There, click Leave workspace and confirm. This removes their access to that workspace's calculators, quotes, and events immediately, they keep their own CaterWay login and can join or start a workspace of their own afterward.
