The moment a quote request's status becomes accepted, a private event appears on your calendar automatically: there's no separate "convert" step to remember. This happens however the acceptance occurs:
- you click Confirm order in the quote's detail view,
- you drag the status pipeline to Accepted,
- the calculator has auto-confirm turned on and the request arrives already accepted,
- or the customer accepts their own quote through their magic-link approval page.
Good to know
Private events and the operational calendar are on the Free plan: nothing here needs an upgrade. Only Arena listings and availability blocking are Pro features.
What's copied onto the event
The new event carries over the customer's name, email, phone, and address, the event type and location, guest count, the selected menu items and total estimate, and any message from the request (as the event's notes). Its stage starts at Vahvistettu (Confirmed).
Finding it again
Open the event from the calendar, or from the private-events list. If it was created from a quote, its detail view shows a Liitetty tarjouspyyntöön (Linked to quote request) note.
Editing the event
Open the event to adjust anything: rename it, change the date or add a last day for a multi-day booking, update guest count, or move it through its stages (Draft → Confirmed → In progress → Completed, or Cancelled). Its tabs are Tiedot (Details), Menu, Sähköposti (Email), and Valmistelulista (Prep Sheet).
